I just did /gang cell, spawned in a wall and died and lost my entire inventory, my day is ruined.

I spawned in a cell wall, I could not break the block, /home or /spawn also didn't work.
can I get an F?

I decided to upgrade my cell, now when I do /cell it teleports me into this small 3 block room where I cannot escape from, meaning that I now cannot access my cell.

Very well, it's fixed now. but I lost 2 ancient pickaxes. : (
